Johan is our Quantity Surveyor, bringing an international background with 19 years of experience in South Africa, complemented by 2 years working in New Zealand. With a strong foundation in cost planning, budgeting, and financial control, he plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. Detail-focused and methodical, Johan works closely with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to provide accurate cost reporting and proactive financial oversight throughout each stage of construction.
